Rotarian Chuck Oldanie provided an update on Rotary International's collaborative initiative with Habitat for Humanity that he first told us about two years ago.

Habitat for Humanity has been involved in India for 35 years.  Rotary also has a large presence in India, with many Rotary and Rotoract Clubs in India generally and Mumbai specifically.

Chuck showed a short video about the home-building efforts in Karjat supported by Rotary International and Habitat for Humanity.  For the seventh year much of the work has been done by student volunteers from Seeds of Peace, a non-profit based in New York that seeks to bring together Palestinian and Israeli kids to work together.
