This week’s Rotary Minute was given by Bruce Wildie. He provided the club an update on the Honor Area Restoration Project (HARP).
A big part of HARP’s improvement plans include attracting tourists to the natural beauty of the area, especially the Platte River. They have completed Phase 1 of the Platte River park project and will be hosting an open house this Thursday from 4:00-6:00p where they will highlight the new canoe/kayak launch and picnic area. Fund raising is beginning for Phase 2 of the park.
