Terrance has worked with other non-governmental organizations devoted to peace and development in many areas. He is the principal in PeaceAtlas, a strategic and social impact consultancy helping organizations, companies and leaders find peace by improving their positive impact on their employees, local communities and local environments.
Terrance was also a classmate of Benzie Sunrise Rotarian Gaia Pampu at Bradford University as Rotary Peace Scholars.
