At our Club Meeting Val brought us up-to-date on a number of things, including the status of the Up North Bike Fest tentatively scheduled for August 21. By May 1 we hope to be in a better position to determine whether it will be a live or virtual event.
We also learned that new officers have been lined up to take office for the Club in July: Jim Drubert as Vice President and Bruce Wildie as Sergeant-at-Arms. Jack Harnish and David Oellerich will be joining the Club Board of Directors.
This year's District Conference will be virtual and will take place from April 15th through the 18th. All members are urged to attend.
Each week we will have two members presenting Rotary minutes, telling why they joined Sunrise Rotary and what projects they have found particularly meaningful. Today's presenters were Mary Lane and Paul Clulo.
