Becky Ewing Describes Grant Investigation Teams

Our second speaker was the Program Director for Rotary Charities, Becky Ewing.
Becky sugested that we all consider agreeing to sit on a grant investigation team. She described the grant application process, including the criteria applied to determine whether a grant is approved or denied. Grant applications should be:
- Based on community needs
- Have measurable outcomes
- Have high impact
- Encourage collaboration
Becky distributed conflict-of-interest forms that she urged us to complete and turn in.
